In Changsha on the 10th, the sun was blazing and the outdoor temperature was close to 36 ℃.

The reporter walked into the Changli Electric manufacturing workshop, but there was no burning sensation. Looking around, this workshop, which is more than 20 meters high and covers an area of more than 20000 square meters, is spacious and bright. CNC machine tools, a mechanical arm under the control of the program, is accurate, high-speed operation; workers or in the skilled control of the machine program, or in the busy welding ...... countless parts assembled here into a high-efficiency motor, which set out to be sold throughout the country and even overseas.

The whole workshop is full of the sense of "intelligent manufacturing" of science and technology. "At present, our CNC lathes, CNC grinders, CNC milling machines, and machining centers all use digital equipment, which can not only reduce labor costs, but also improve the quality of workpieces, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of products." Hu Linxu, general manager of Changli Electric, told reporters, "Product quality and labor efficiency have been greatly improved, and orders have increased by nearly 20% year-on-year."

From casting rough machining gradually transformed into CNC finishing, Changli Electric with "wisdom" across, to win by quality. Hu Linxu said that Changli Electric has started the technical transformation of numerical control equipment since 2019. In addition to introducing numerical control equipment, it will also increase the research and development of intelligent motors to realize remote monitoring of motor operation. It can monitor the operation status, bearing use, motor vibration and temperature rise alarm of Changli motors around the world at any time, and inform customers in time to adjust the operation status of motors in real time.

Customized production, high-performance permanent magnet motor 30000 revolutions per minute

"All the permanent magnet motors we have equipped for China Shipping Group have been issued." During the reporter's interview, Changli Electric received good news. It successfully completed the cooperation project with Chinese ships and provided the latter with 6 (sets) of high-performance permanent magnet motors. "The production of marine motors needs to consider the harsh natural environment such as salt spray and rocking at sea. In order to ensure the reliability and safety of the motor for long-term operation at sea, there will be special requirements for the material, structure, protection level and anti-corrosion of the motor shell," Hu Linxu said.

The reporter learned that Changli Electric mainly produces large and medium-sized motors, and its cost is usually several hundred thousand yuan to one million yuan. At the same time, customers also have their own needs for the application scenarios of the motor. Therefore, in Changli Electric, the production of motors is an order system, and each set of products will be customized according to customer needs from research and development, design, manufacturing, type testing and other links.

In order to ensure product quality, Changli Electric has also strictly controlled all aspects of product research and development, design plans, processing equipment, and material use, and uses 7% of its annual total revenue for product research and development. Hu Linxu introduced: "The high-performance permanent magnet motor is a new product we have newly developed. It can reach 30000 revolutions per minute. The advantages are high efficiency, high torque, constant power output, and lightweight design."

At the same time, Changli Electric also made the service to the extreme. At the moment of the reporter's interview, Xu Jianfeng, a senior engineer of Changli Electric, and Li Jun, a senior technician, were entrusted by China Electric Power Construction Group to fly to Zimbabwe to guide the installation and commissioning of motors for key foreign projects.
