Who are you working

In July 2010, I stepped out of the campus and took my first job in my life, engaging in a career I like very much -- HR. At first, I used to look at everything at work from the perspective of a bystander, look at people's expressions, see how seniors deal with problems, and see the value of human resources work in the whole enterprise. Gradually, I integrated into this collective, into the working state, and made human resources management my lifelong career. I work steadily and devote myself to work and life with 100% enthusiasm. More than one person has asked me this way: "As a student who graduated from a prestigious school and the company doesn't pay you more, how can you work so passionately?" In fact, I don't know why, I just know what kind of life I want, and I know that my current efforts are all paving the way for my ideals.

Due to the relationship of work, I can often come into contact with people who leave their jobs or complain about their jobs for various reasons. Most of them sigh with emotion: "What is the hope of doing this job?" "With such a small salary every month, what will happen?" For people who are discouraged from work, it is impossible to do their jobs well. In fact, everyone's ordinary job at hand is a "diamond mine". As long as you dig well-wholeheartedly and dutifully do your job well, you can find your own "diamond", including job promotion and wealth increase. However, people in today's society are impetuous. They firmly believe that there are many opportunities to earn money or succeed in the world. Therefore, they are anxiously looking for another time, another place, another industry and another job position. However, it is by no means now or the job they are tired of for a long time. They often know how to improve themselves in the future, but they do not know how to cherish the opportunities in front of them, he lost his treasure in disregard. I would like to say: "Linyuan envy fish, it is better to retreat and net." Any organization has upper-level leaders and grassroots people. The key is to see which class you can become in the organization.

"Attitude determines height", I believe many people have heard this sentence. To use it in work is to work with the mentality of "working for yourself", recognize and accept "while working for others, you are also working for yourself" This work philosophy maintains a positive attitude and passion for learning in work.

In modern society, people in the workplace are facing great pressure. The competition among colleagues, the requirements of work, and the trivial matters of daily life are imprisoning our hearts all the time, so after all kinds of pressure and imprisonment, listlessness, dejected and indifference stifle our pursuit and passion for work. From loving work to coping with it, to avoiding it, the loss of passion makes our work boring and trivial and lifeless. Without a good attitude, people are easy to lose their way in this working mode.

On the other hand, a person who purely regards work as working for others will not be able to appreciate the fun of work, and can only spend his career in complaints and helplessness. Work is a stage to show one's talents. Through the stage provided by others, we can enrich ourselves, express ourselves and achieve ourselves. At the same time, we must continue to dabble in and study after work, so that we can continue to improve the breadth and depth of knowledge.

Let's adjust our mentality and move towards success together. In this impetuous era, more enthusiasm is needed to rekindle the passion for work, and more reflection from the bottom of my heart is needed. When each of us recognizes and accepts the work concept of "I work for others as well as for myself" from the bottom of our hearts, responsibility, dedication and loyalty will come into being. We will express the extraordinary in ordinary positions with the spirit of conscientiousness and self-improvement. We are not only working for others, let alone simply making money. We are working for our ideals and our lives.
