The company's quality management system has become a standard that meets the requirements of GB/Quality Management System Requirements, it also conforms to the actual work of the company and can continuously improve and perfect the quality management system. Especially in the past two years, the company's implementation of 6S management, making the quality of staff has been greatly improved. In this way, the company can provide customers with products and services that satisfy customers in both a contractual and non-contractual environment. The quality management system in the contract environment can meet the quality requirements specified by customers and the requirements of third-party quality management system certification. The company's motor, submersible pump products, electrical materials are using national standards and ministerial standards, the company's trademark "Changli" brand covers all the company's motor, submersible pump products, electrical materials products.

　　Quality Control Center

The company's quality control center consists of five teams and groups, namely, electric test, final assembly, measurement, machine inspection and electric inspection, with a total of more than 100 employees. The Hunan central motor product quality supervision and inspection station is affiliated to the enterprise, which is under the dual leadership of Hunan Technical Supervision Bureau and the company. It is the authorized station of the national quality inspection center and is responsible for the quality supervision and sampling inspection of motor products of various manufacturers in central and southern China.

In order to ensure product quality, the quality control center is responsible for the quality control of the whole process from the incoming inspection of raw materials, the quality inspection during the processing of parts, the final assembly inspection of products and the factory test of the whole machine. Has passed the ISO9001:1994 and ISO2000 standard quality system certification. The motor products adopt IEC international standard.
