At present, the company has more than 1000 sets of various equipment, and has a certain scale of fine, heavy and thin equipment, such as numerical control double-sided boring, numerical control high-speed punching, numerical control expanding machine, numerical control circular grinding, 8-ton balancing machine, 5M vertical lathe, etc. The total value of the equipment exceeds 100 million yuan, and the company's equipment newness coefficient exceeds 50%.

The outsourcing center is a professional functional department established to adapt to the company's professional development strategy and rapidly increase production capacity to meet customer needs. The outsourcing center was established in March 2004, administratively subordinate to the company's production and manufacturing department, the function of centralized management and operation of the company's non-core technology parts and products of outsourcing and outsourcing, and centralized management of the company's motor repair business and motor parts and accessories supply services.

The outsourcing center currently has 7 posts, including 1 director of the outsourcing center, 1 outsourcing planner, 2 outsourcing dispatchers, 1 quality supervisor, 1 statistical auditor and 1 outsourcing driver.

According to the quality requirements of the company and the national inspection-free products, the outsourcing center strictly examines, evaluates and confirms the qualifications and comprehensive supporting capabilities of outsourcing suppliers according to the company's ISO9001:2000 quality management system standards. Strictly control, track and supervise the equipment, technical conditions and manufacturing process of outsourced parts suppliers. Ensure the professionalism and quality of the manufacturing of outsourced components. Outsourcing manufacturers must pass the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification, and have or according to the company's requirements with equipment, tooling and testing equipment that meet the technical requirements of the quality of the outsourced products. After evaluation, the company signs medium-and long-term strategic cooperation contracts with outsourcing suppliers listed as qualified suppliers, forming a long-term and stable strategic partnership of resource sharing and mutual benefit. The company conducts 1-2 supervision and review on the supplier site every year. At the end of each year, the supply quality of each supplier shall be statistically analyzed and evaluated, and the demand for continuous improvement and corresponding improvement measures shall be put forward. The outsourcing suppliers shall be reviewed and the qualified suppliers shall be confirmed every three years to ensure the long-term stability, adequacy and conformity of the outsourcing parts.

At present, the outsourcing parts that implement professional outsourcing are: box-type motor base; Air-air cooler, air-water cooler; Small stator and rotor iron cores; Junction box; Fan blade hood and some machined parts, etc.
