1 Overview
YGSP180 ~ 355 series AC power dynamometer special high-speed variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is the latest product developed by our company on the basis of the original YSP series variable frequency three-phase asynchronous motor, absorbing the technology of foreign products, and on the basis of extensive research and collection of relevant data at home and abroad. It has the advantages of low noise, small vibration, wide speed regulation range, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, etc., and can be used with various types of frequency conversion devices at home and abroad, contribute to energy saving and automatic control. This series of motors have high starting torque when running at low speed (below rated operating frequency), and can run at constant torque in this frequency range, and run smoothly without torque crawling. It has high overload capacity when the motor is running at high speed (rated operating frequency to the highest operating frequency) to ensure the constant power output of the motor. The motor adopts a separate independent power supply centrifugal fan for forced ventilation to ensure that the motor has a good cooling effect when running at different speeds. The motor has reliable insulation and excellent performance. It adopts advanced dielectric decomposition method to control the quality of main materials such as electromagnetic wire and dipping varnish, and adopts dynamic dielectric measurement in the insulation treatment process to control the dipping baking process, which ensures the stable and reliable insulation quality of the motor. It has strong adaptability to the overvoltage caused by the high carrier frequency of the frequency converter. At the same time, the computer control interface can be set according to the needs of users, it is helpful to realize the automatic control of the speed control system.
The protection level of the shell of this series of motors is IP23 according to GB4942.1 and IEC34-5 "protection level of rotating motor shell.
The cooling method of this series of motors is IC06 according to GB/T1993 and IEC34-6 "Cooling Method of Rotating Electrical Machines.
The structure and installation type of this series of motors are IMB3 (horizontal with feet and end caps without flanges), which meets the requirements of GB997 and IEC34-7 "Motor Structure and Installation Type Code.
The technical data and installation dimensions of 380V(50Hz) and 400V(75Hz) motors of various specifications are listed in the table in this sample, and motors of various specifications such as other voltage levels and frequency modulation ranges can be derived.
2 Scope of use
This series of motors are mainly used for dynamometer driving equipment, and can also be used to drive various general machinery such as compressors, fans, chip cutting machines, transportation machinery and other equipment.
Basic conditions for normal operation of the motor:
a The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
B The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum ambient air temperature shall be -15 ℃;
c The average monthly maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, and the average monthly minimum temperature of the month is not higher than 25 ℃;
D motor rating is continuous working system S1.

5 Considerations
a If it is necessary to meet the requirements of driving a load with large moment of inertia, increasing the maximum speed limit, short-term overspeed and overload operation or other special requirements, relevant technical data should be provided when ordering, and a technical agreement should be signed as the basis for the special design of the motor to ensure the reliable operation of the motor;
B The technical performance data listed in the table in the sample are all design values, which are close to the actual values and can be used as reference for design selection and ordering, but cannot be used as assessment standards. The assessment standards for motors shall be based on corresponding technical conditions;
